ALL ITEMS ARE FIRST PRINT ORIGINALS. Conditions vary for each poster. Please keep in mind that all of these posters are almost 40 years old. None of the posters are perfect and almost all of them will have pinholes in the corners because they were hung on the wall in The Velvet Underground clothing store. All of the posters, postcards, and handbills on the site have a condition listed. Definitions of the conditions are listed below. FINE-The best condition we have. These posters may have some damage in the border but it will never affect the artwork. VERY GOOD (VG)-These posters will all have some imperfections in the borders like pinholes, crease or tape marks. The poster may have a slight fade. GOOD-These posters will have imperfections in the borders and will also have imperfections in the artwork. They may be faded or have a bend. FAIR-These posters will have imperfections in borders and in artwork. May have a small rip or be faded POOR-These posters are in all around rough condition. They may be ripped, faded or stained. If you are interested in a specific poster I would be happy to describe the condition of the poster. POSTCARDS Almost all of the postcards are in fine condition. If a specific postcard is not in fine condition the condition will be listed in the description.
